D.J Missions
The Nelson United Methodist ladies mission group puts their faith into action through ministry locally and throughout the world. Some of the their previous projects include a variety of Christian handouts, love baskets for those who are ill or in mourning, pillow case dresses for African missions, hospice gowns, blankets, plastic bag mats for the homeless, lap covers, school bags filled with supplies, personal hygiene kits, prayer shawls and greeting card ministry.
D.J. Missions meets in the fellowship hall on the first Tuesday of every month at 1:00pm. Refreshments are served and all are welcome!
Crafty Ladies
Come get your craft on! Enjoy fellowship and unleash your inner creative. All are welcome to join the Crafty Ladies on the second & fourth Tuesday of every month at 1:00pm.
Men's Breakfast
Gather for good food, fellowship and catch up on the local news. Men's Breakfast is held on the last Saturday of every month September through May (off during the summer months) at 9:00am.

Church Hall Rental
Our church sanctuary and basement hall is the perfect place to hold your wedding or family event! The hall has a fully equipped kitchen and can seat up to 50 people comfortably.

Boy Scouts
Boy Scout Troop 4065 meets on Tuesdays at 7:00pm at the Nelson Community House located at 11642 Windham Parkman Road on Nelson Circle.

RU Recovery
RU Recovery Ministries is a faith-based recovery program bringing transformation to people and communities everywhere.
Meetings are held every Friday 7:00-9:00pm at the Garrettsville First Baptist Church located at 7656 Rt 82 in Garrettsville.
